Shipping Policy

 

Please keep in mind that all orders take 1-2 business days of processing time before your package leaves our facility. All of our packages are handled by USPS only and delivery time is an estimate given by USPS. We do not have any control over the delivery process and we cannot and will not be held responsible. All inquires regarding your package must be made to USPS with a tracking number given to you via email.

 

DELIVERY METHODS & CHARGES:

During checkout process, you will run into an option for shipping method and its pricing like the image above.
Our system is directly connected to USPS via API tool and your pricing is automatically calculated based on weight and destination of the package. All you have to do is choose the one that best fits your need.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Each country has different tariff/duty laws and customers might be required to pay tariffs or duties in order  to claim their package. Please check with your country’s custom duty/tariff laws before placing any international orders.

 

Important Notices: 

1. All orders will be delivered to ONE physical address only.
2. We ship everywhere as long as USPS covers that area.
3. Delivery time is an estimation by the USPS and is not guaranteed. APO/AFO (military addresses), Guam, Puerto Rico packages can take up to 2 weeks or more for delivery time.
