Returns/Exchanges

 

We are very confident that you will be more than satisfied with every purchases you make at jtownusa.com.
However, if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, please let us know immediately via email. We will promptly direct you with instructions on how to proceed with your exchange or return.

 

EXCHANGE

If you ordered the wrong product by mistake or wish to exchange it for a different item:

Please write an email request to returns@jtownusa.com briefly stating a reason for your exchange. Make sure to include your name, order number, and item/s you wish to return in order for us to issue the correct Return Authorization Number (RAN) for your returning merchandise. You must wait for our reply before sending the merchandise back to us. Returning packages without proper RAN on them will be refused and returned back to the sender.
Once we receive your request, we will promptly (within 1-2 business days) reply back with RAN and instructions on how to return the merchandise back to us for refund.

All exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any requests or returned merchandise after 30 days will not be honored and sent back to the customer at his/her expense.

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items. You will receive a full refund for your items as long as they are returned back in its original, re-sellable condition. Please keep in mind that original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible to pay for shipping to send the items back to us. We DO NOT provide shipping labels for your return. Make sure to use a reliable shipping source which provides tracking information and a delivery status when sending the items back to us.

As for new merchandise you need, please go ahead and place a new order online. This way you will receive your new items much faster and avoid any confusions or mistakes during the exchange process.

Please allow minimum of 2 billing cycles for the refund to be credited back to your credit card or charged account.

 

RETURNS

You may return your merchandise for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any requests after 30 days will not be honored and will be returned back to the sender at sender’s cost. If you wish to return the merchandise for refund:

UNCLAIMED/REFUSED/INCORRECT ADDRESS GIVEN

Any packages unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to wrong address given by the customer which have been returned back to us by USPS will receive a full credit back to their charged account minus the original shipping charge.
